I'm Kate and after 25 years as a pharmacist, I’ve seen how overwhelming medications and medical information can become — especially when life gets complicated. Medication Clarity Clinic is my way of helping you feel informed, supported, and back in control of your health decisions, without the jargon or confusion.

Medication Clarity Clinic offers several types of consultations depending on the complexity of your medications and health questions.
Quick Medication Question – 20 minutes
For people with a small number of medications who have a specific question about side effects, interactions or dosing.
Medication Clarity Review – 45 minutes
A comprehensive review of your medications, commonly used for people taking multiple medications, experiencing side effects, or preparing for a GP or specialist appointment.
Complex Medication Review – 60 minutes
For patients with more complex medical histories, multiple conditions or larger medication lists where a deeper review is needed.
Midlife & Menopause Medication Consultation – 45 minutes
For women navigating perimenopause or menopause who want to better understand symptoms, hormone therapy options, vaginal oestrogen, sleep changes, mood changes or medication interactions.
Complementary Medicine & Supplement Safety Review – 30 minutes
For people taking vitamins, herbal medicines or supplements who want to check for medication interactions, unnecessary duplication, or whether products are likely to be helpful.
Palliative Care Medication Review – 45 minutes
For patients or families navigating serious illness who want help understanding medications used for symptom control, managing side effects, or simplifying complex medication regimens.

We do not prescribe medications or change prescriptions.

Medication Clarity Clinic provides pharmacist-led medication education and consultation services designed to help patients better understand their medicines, supplements, and treatment options.

Medication Clarity Clinic does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medications, or replace care from your treating doctor.
All treatment decisions must be made in consultation with your GP or specialist.
Appointments are conducted via telehealth or other agreed format.
By booking an appointment you confirm that:
The price of consultations will be displayed on the booking page or website at the time of booking.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Medication Clarity Clinic reserves the right to update consultation fees at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings only.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you and require preparation time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
This policy allows appointment times to be offered to other patients who may be waiting for support.
Medication Clarity Clinic may waive cancellation fees at its discretion in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Medication Clarity Clinic provides professional consultation services.
As such, refunds are not provided for services that have already been delivered.
If technical difficulties prevent a consultation from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment.
