I'm Kate and after 25 years as a pharmacist, I’ve seen how overwhelming medications and medical information can become — especially when life gets complicated. During your consultation we will review your symptoms, medications, supplements, and medical history to help you better understand your treatment options.
The goal is to help you feel informed and confident about your medications so you can have clearer conversations with your GP or specialist.
Many patients find it helpful to bring questions such as:

After the appointment you will receive a written summary of key points and questions you may wish to discuss with your doctor.
Medication Clarity Clinic offers several types of consultations depending on the complexity of your medications and health questions.
Quick Medication Question – 20 minutes
For people with a small number of medications who have a specific question about side effects, interactions or dosing.
Medication Clarity Review – 45 minutes
A comprehensive review of your medications, commonly used for people taking multiple medications, experiencing side effects, or preparing for a GP or specialist appointment.
Complex Medication Review – 60 minutes
For patients with more complex medical histories, multiple conditions or larger medication lists where a deeper review is needed.
Midlife & Menopause Medication Consultation – 45 minutes
For women navigating perimenopause or menopause who want to better understand symptoms, hormone therapy options, vaginal oestrogen, sleep changes, mood changes or medication interactions.
Complementary Medicine & Supplement Safety Review – 30 minutes
For people taking vitamins, herbal medicines or supplements who want to check for medication interactions, unnecessary duplication, or whether products are likely to be helpful.
Palliative Care Medication Review – 45 minutes
For patients or families navigating serious illness who want help understanding medications used for symptom control, managing side effects, or simplifying complex medication regimens.

Medication Clarity Clinic provides pharmacist-led education and medication review.
We do not prescribe medications or change prescriptions.
However, we can help you:
- understand treatment options
- interpret medical information
- review medication interactions
- prepare questions for your GP or specialist
Any medication changes must be made by your treating doctor.
Medication Clarity Clinic is particularly helpful for people who:
- feel confused about their medications
- want help preparing for a doctor’s appointment
- are experiencing possible medication side effects
- want to review supplements and complementary medicines
- are navigating perimenopause or menopause treatments
- want a clear explanation of how their medicines work
Many people simply want time to talk through their questions with a medication expert.
No referral is required.
You can book directly if you would like help understanding your medications or preparing for a conversation with your GP or specialist.
Some patients may also be referred by their doctor as part of their ongoing care.
To make the most of your consultation, please:
- complete the pre-appointment form
- prepare a list of your medications and supplements
- upload a pharmacy medication list if available
- write down any questions you would like answered
This allows us to spend more time focusing on your concerns during the consultation.

Terms and Conditions
1. Description of Services
Medication Clarity Clinic provides pharmacist-led medication education and consultation services designed to help patients better understand their medicines, supplements, and treatment options.
Services may include:
- medication reviews
- education about medicines and supplements
- discussion of possible medication interactions or side effects
- guidance to help patients prepare for discussions with their GP or specialist
- general information about menopause and hormone therapies
Medication Clarity Clinic does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medications, or replace care from your treating doctor.
All treatment decisions must be made in consultation with your GP or specialist.
2. Appointment Bookings
Appointments are conducted via telehealth or other agreed format.
By booking an appointment you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- you understand the nature of the service being provided
- you agree to these terms and conditions
3. Pricing of Services
The price of consultations will be displayed on the booking page or website at the time of booking.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Medication Clarity Clinic reserves the right to update consultation fees at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings only.
4. Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you and require preparation time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
This policy allows appointment times to be offered to other patients who may be waiting for support.
Medication Clarity Clinic may waive cancellation fees at its discretion in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Refund Policy
Medication Clarity Clinic provides professional consultation services.
As such, refunds are not provided for services that have already been delivered.
If technical difficulties prevent a consultation from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment.
6. Privacy Policy
Medication Clarity Clinic respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Information collected may include:
- your name and contact details
- medical history information you voluntarily provide
- medication and supplement information
- consultation notes
This information is collected solely for the purpose of providing consultation services.

- where necessary for secure clinical record keeping
- with your consent
