Terms and Conditions

1. Description of Services

Medication Clarity Clinic provides pharmacist-led medication education and consultation services designed to help patients better understand their medicines, supplements, and treatment options.

Services may include:

  • Medication reviews 
  • Education about medicines and supplements 
  • Discussion of possible medication interactions or side effects 
  • Guidance to help patients prepare for discussions with their GP or specialist 
  • General information about menopause and hormone therapies 


Medication Clarity Clinic does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medications, or replace care from your treating doctor.


All treatment decisions must be made in consultation with your GP or specialist.


2. Appointment Bookings

Appointments are conducted via telehealth or other agreed format.


By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge 
  • You understand the nature of the service being provided 
  • You agree to these terms and conditions

3. Pricing of Services

The price of consultations will be displayed on the booking page or website at the time of booking.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).


Medication Clarity Clinic reserves the right to update consultation fees at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings only.


4. Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you and require preparation time.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend an appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50.


This policy allows appointment times to be offered to other patients who may be waiting for support.

Medication Clarity Clinic may waive cancellation fees at its discretion in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Refund Policy

Medication Clarity Clinic provides professional consultation services.


As such, refunds are not provided for services that have already been delivered.


If technical difficulties prevent a consultation from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment.


6. Privacy Policy

Medication Clarity Clinic respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.


Information collected may include:

  • Your name and contact details 
  • Medical history information you voluntarily provide 
  • Medication and supplement information 
  • Consultation notes 

This information is collected solely for the purpose of providing consultation services.


Medication Clarity Clinic will not share your personal information with third parties except:

  • Where required by law 
  • Where necessary for secure clinical record keeping 
  • With your consent

7. Limitation of Liability

Information provided during consultations is intended for educational purposes only.


Medication Clarity Clinic does not provide medical diagnosis or prescribing services.


Patients must consult their treating doctor or healthcare provider before making any changes to medications or treatment plans.


Medication Clarity Clinic is not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions made independently of medical advice.
